Q: What are your payment terms?
A: 30% deposit in advance; 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading. We will send photos of products and packages before balance payment.

A: Usually caused by open circuit, such as broken electrode column, poor partition welding, or defective terminal welding.
 
Q: What is your warranty policy for defective batteries?
A: Please provide photos and details of the defective units. Once confirmed, we will send replacements in your next order.

Q: How to maintain the battery?
A: Store in a clean, dry, ventilated and dark environment. Keep fully charged when not in use, and recharge every 3–6 months.
